Application:  These terms and conditions shall be applicable. The hirer shall bear the responsibility for the conduct and choices of all passengers on board and all expenditures incurred while fulfilling the contract, regardless of whether they join the group on the trip.

Minibus & Coach Hire Quotation: Our company provides quotations for Minibus & Coach services that come with a driver. Please note that the quoted prices remain valid for a duration of 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Using Our Vehicle  : It is imperative to note that the hirer is not entitled to the use of the vehicle during periods between the outward and return journeys, unless prior arrangements have been made with The Company. The Company retains the right to impose additional fees for exceeding the agreed mileage and duration. These fees will be calculated proportionally and in line with the details in the booking confirmation.

Our Vehicle Seating Capacity : The vehicle’s maximum allowable passenger count is delineated on the vehicle itself. It is strictly forbidden to have any passengers standing during the ride. Additionally, the driver will not permit any passengers to exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle.

Animal & Pets : if you hire our Vehicles, We Will Not Carried Any type of Anmals and Pets on our Minbus & Coaches , Except Guide Dogs.

Payment : It is mandatory to deposit minimum £50 to secure your booking, Payment for all invoices is expected within 7 days of the invoice date, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond this period will be handled by a debt recovery company, with a surcharge of 15% imposed on the outstanding balance to cover collection fees. The customer is liable for payment of this surcharge as well as any additional costs or legal fees incurred. 

Cancellation By Hirer : If Hirer wants to cancel the Booking before 7 days of hire date, a fee of £30.00 will be imposed if the cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the scheduled hire date. In the circumstance where the cancellation is made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled hire date, a fee amounting to 50% of the total cost will be applied. if hirer cancel the Booking before, or on the day of hire, the hirer  will be required to bear the full cost with no refund provided.

Conduct of Passengers : It is the driver’s duty to ensure the safety of the vehicle. If any passenger fails to adhere to statutory regulations, they will be expelled at the discretion of the driver. In addition, the hirer is accountable for any harm resulting from a passenger’s actions while renting the vehicle.

Alcohol : Alcohol are strictly prohibited from being Carried or consumed within the vehicle. It is important to observe that the consumption of alcohol on board vehicles is not permissible. All passengers are required to wear seat belts while on the vehicle, and vehicles must be left in a reasonably clean condition. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for excessive rubbish, damage, or soiling of the vehicle.

Fouling charge : We would like to inform our valued customers that a fee of £200.00 will be incurred in the event of fouling found in any of our vehicles, which covers cleaning costs and any downtime required for maintenance. To benefit from a reduced fee of £25.00, payment must be made on the same night the incident occurs. The full amount must be paid within five days of the incident taking place. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Journey Routes : Assuming that the hirer has not specified a particular route or destinations to be visited on the way, the company and/or the driver will determine the route to be taken. The confirmation letter will indicate any such specific instructions from the hirer. The departure times agreed upon by the hirer must be adhered to, and they are responsible for ensuring that all passengers are accounted for at that time. Any losses incurred by passengers who fail to follow the hirer’s instructions will not be the responsibility of the company.

Breakdown & Delay:

Company provides suggestions on the duration of journeys in good faith. but there are no guarantees for the timely completion of a journey and the business shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss due to breakdown or delay.

Delays to Service:

Lavish Travel Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay caused by traffic congestion, road accidents, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond its reasonable control. It is acknowledged that in coach hire services, occasional late arrivals are common business occurrences that may arise from various factors such as previous customer delays, traffic, road traffic accidents, and mechanical problems, and such delays do not reflect negligence by the coach hire company. In case of any driver delay exceeding 30 minutes in arriving with one of our vehicles to the passengers, and within an hour and thirty minutes we cannot provide an alternative vehicle, and the client chooses to seek alternative travel arrangements, they may receive a refund of only their deposit paid to Lavish Travel Limited. However, in case of driver re-routing the journey due to unforeseen reasons like traffic or adverse weather conditions, or being unable to deliver passengers to their destination on time, Lavish Travel Limited and the driver will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the passengers such as missed flights or events or lateness in attending meetings. Furthermore, if a mechanical problem arises before or during the journey and we are unable to provide an alternative vehicle, Lavish Travel Limited will not be held accountable for any loss incurred by passengers, and no compensation will be given except under circumstances within the management’s discretion whereby only the deposit may be refunded.

Drivers Hours for the Journey: The hours of operation of the driver are regulated by the law and the hirer accepts the responsibly ofensuring the hire keeps to the hours and times agreed by the company. Neither the hirer nor any passengers shall delay or otherwise interrupt the journey in such a way that the driver is at risk of breaching regulations relating to drivers hours and duty time. If any breach is likely to occur the hirer will be responsible for any additional costs.

Property: For safety reasons mandated by law, any Hired vehicles are limited in terms of the amount of luggage they can carry, and it is the driver’s sole responsibility to decide whether and to what extent passengers’ belongings can be accommodated. The Company does not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to passengers’ property that has been left inside the vehicle. Any lost belongings found in a vehicle will be kept at the depot where the vehicle is based and can be claimed from that location.

Insurance – it is advised that both hirers and individual passengers are recommended to obtain insurance for those items where, save for negligence, the company’s liability is limited (such as delay or luggage).

Smoking – Our All Vehicles Cars, Minibus & Coaches are non-smoking unless otherwise agreed by the company.

Any Additional & Extra Fees – The quote provided is reflective of the operating costs as of the quotation date. Should there be a lapse of more than 28 days between the quotation date and departure date, the company retains the right to transfer any additional fuel or related expenditures incurred due to government intervention to the hirer. Moreover, we reserve the right to levy a valeting fee for any damage caused to our vehicles or any dirtiness caused by the hirer.
